Cross Border Interaction Tool

This is an easy to use resource that should be consulted whenever planning a Cross Border Interaction (CBI). All relevant information related to cross border interactions captured in this tool is country and sector specific and has been provided by the responsible Health Care Compliance Officers (HCCOs). Although we have tried to provide a comprehensive overview some information may not be present, in case you still have questions please consult your HCCO.

All views will have the following functions.

All views will have the following functions

• 
  In the upper right hand corner you can always check what information is currently showing. The Country flag, Country name and the sector will be showing.
• 
  The help button will help you navigate the CBI-Tool and provide insight on what information can be gained from the view you are looking at.
• 
  The print screen button provides a PDF with a date and time stamp, which can be printed or saved electronically, that can be used for documenting your Cross Border Interaction. Saving an electronic version is currently not supported on ipad although it may be printed if connected to a printer.
• Select a country:
  Start by typing in the country name a drop down list will appear from which you select the country of choice by clicking on it. Should a country not appear this means that there is currently no data in the CBI-Tool on that country.
• Select a sector:
  Next select the sector you wish to have more information on. Please note that the options may vary depending on the region. Should a sector not appear this means that there is currently no data in the CBI-Tool on that sector.
• Information category:
  Lastly select the information category (e.g. Locations, Hospitality, Travel, etc.) and the CBI-Tool will take you to the selected information.
